Groep KVLV acquires office building lain in Leuven
Groep KVLV has acquired an office building of approximately 10.000 m² and 100
parking spaces on the Campus Remy site in Wijgmaal (Leuven) with help from King Sturge. Campus Remy is an
office park situated in the exceptional and green environment of the former 1855
Remy site in Leuven. It is a unique concept; a refurbished industrial silo tower
and modern offices. KVLV was one of the main tenants since the full
refurbishment in 2003/2004. The investment volume amounts to approximately €15
million. Groep KVLV is a network of organisations and associations which
develops a broad range of services in order to support women in their daily care
and which promotes the well-being of the woman.
The seller is a Luxembourg-based fund managed by INVISTA, a British fund
manager, who has owned the building since 2005 but they no longer consider it
strategic.
The transaction was introduced and advised by King Sturge.
