The Belgian REIT Montea has sold two light industrial properties to a Belgian private investor. The two buildings are located along the Brechtsebaan (N115) in Schoten (region Antwerpen) and have a total surface of 2.605 m² offices and 2.420 m² warehouses. One of the two buildings is let to Lego and the second building is a multi-tenant complex with six tenants among which Alpha Distribution, Markem and Schneider Electric. The total investment value amounts to 3.640.000 Euro (including registration duties), reflecting a net yield of 8,25%. The transaction was introduced and advised by King Sturge.

This transaction fits in the REIT's new phase of strategic growth, mainly focusing on logistical complexes.
