The buildings on a plot of approximately 65.000 m² have been sold to the private owner/developer, B.I.G. who recently through King Sturge developed an Xdock scheme for DHL Express in Liege.

Kenmore’s 17.625 m² logistic hub with an adjacent 750 m² office space remained vacant in Olen since the departure of logistic provider Incodis last June.

The total amount of the transactions rises up to €4.5M.
